Our Ornate Order of Service Fans are a best seller for a reason. Wow your guests with unique and personalised fans to keep them cool and informed on the order of events. They are the perfect welcome message and make the most wonderful keepsakes of your wedding day.

Each fan is printed on the highest quality cardstock, hand selected with considered texture, weight and quality. Our fans are printed on high quality 5 colour inkjet printers, this produces a slightly different result than our digital ink printed invites.
Turnaround time depends on your quantity - please allow up to 4 weeks from design to delivery. You will be contacted for your venue photo after purchase, please ensure your email details are correct.

All design files are sent via email for confirmation prior to print. You will have one round of revisions for any timeline updates or spelling mistakes. We will also send this via email. Please ensure your contact details are correct at the checkout.

UK - Royal Mail Tracked Delivery - £7.50
EU/ Rest of Europe - DHL Express - £35
USA and the Rest of the World - DHL Express - £45
DHL Express includes DDP for USA Customers, if your basket does not display your import taxes and duties please get in touch.

HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE?
We aim to share your initial proof within 7 business days. This allows for venue illustration time. It can sometimes be slightly longer during peak times and we will notify you after checkout if this is the case. Following your initial draft, any revisions are reviewed as you request them.
Please allow 14-21 working days for print production. Very large orders may take longer as everything is print and assembled by hand. Once ready, your order is shipped via First Class Tracked and Signed For postage.
Our design timeframe can vary depending on client information - the quicker you review your design, the faster the process.
DO YOU OFFER OTHER COLOURS?
Yes, we can create designs in colours to match your wedding theme. This includes different colours for your ribbon or tassel. Please email your enquiry prior to purchase so we can ensure we have the exact colour you are looking for.
CAN I CHANGE MY WEDDING TIMELINE?
A change of timeline can be accommodated if you notify us following your design proof. Once your proof is confirmed, we will begin printing your design and cannot accommodate changes.
WHAT IF I WANT MORE REVISIONS?
More revisions are charged at £10 per change. This can be requested at any time.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
Refunds can be offered prior to your initial design proof. Please note, any requests to cancel after 48 hours will result in a £35 venue illustration charge.
