HOW IT WORKS .
- Add to cart and submit your initials in the box above before you add to cart. Please add them in the order you’d like them to be designed.
- We design your monogram and submit your proof via email. Your first round of proofs will contain 3 design options.
- Once you have chosen your favourite style you then have 1 round of revisions and 1 round of minor tweaks.
- Once your design is approved, we will create and share your high resolution design files via email.

1 x PNG with a transparent background
1 x PDF with a white background
1 x SVG with a transparent background
1 x JPG with a white background
All files are sent via email. Your initial proofs and any revisions will also be shared via email. Please ensure this is correct at the checkout.

HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE?
We aim to share your initial proof within 2 business days. This can sometimes be slightly longer during peak times and we will notify you after checkout if this is the case. Following your initial draft, any revisions are reviewed as you request them. Our design timeframe can vary depending on client information - the quicker you review your design, the faster the process.
HOW CAN I USE MY MONOGRAM IN CANVA?
Your PNG and SVG files are high resolution graphics files. Your SVG is best for importing into Canva if you want to be able to change the colour of the monogram to use on different designs.
CAN I CHANGE MY INITIALS?
A change of initials can be accommodated if you notify us within the first 24 hours. Following this, any changed will be charged as a new monogram design.
WHAT IF I WANT MORE REVISIONS?
More revisions are charged at £10 per change. This can be requested at any time.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
Unfortunately, as this is a digital product, once your first proof has been issued there are no refunds available.
