Personalise & add to cart
Select your items and the quantity you need. Fill out any personalisation, this can be on the page or uploaded as a word document. Add them to your cart and check out.
Step 03
Approve your proofs
Once you've checked out, you will receive a print proof to review within 7 working days. We will use any information shared to personalise your design. You have 1 round of revisions.
Step 04
Receive your order
Once approved, we will begin production. This typically takes 2-3 weeks. Once ready, your order will be shipped to you via special delivery. We ship all our prints in luxury gift boxes as standard.

UK - Royal Mail Tracked Delivery - £7.50
EU/ Rest of Europe - DHL Express - £25
USA and the Rest of the World - DHL Express - £35
DHL Express includes DDP for USA Customers, if your basket does not display your import taxes and duties please get in touch.
All our orders are shipped in luxury white gift boxes as standard.
Your tracking number will be emailed once your order is processed and sent.
Personalisation FAQ's
HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE?
Once we have your wedding details, we aim to share your initial proof within 7 business days. It can sometimes be slightly longer during peak times and we will notify you after checkout if this is the case. Following your initial draft, any revisions are reviewed as you request them.
Please allow 14-21 working days for print production. Very large orders may take longer as everything is print and assembled by hand. Once ready, your order is shipped via First Class Tracked and Signed For postage.
Our design timeframe can vary depending on client information - the quicker you review your design, the faster the process.
DO YOU OFFER OTHER COLOURS?
Yes, we can create designs in colours to match your wedding theme. This includes different envelope colours and text colour. Please email your enquiry prior to purchase so we can ensure we have the exact colour you are looking for.
CAN I CHANGE MY WEDDING DETAILS?
A change of details can be accommodated if you notify us following your design proof. Once your proof is confirmed, we will begin printing your design and cannot accommodate changes.
WHAT IF I WANT MORE REVISIONS?
More revisions are charged at £10 per change. This can be requested at any time.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
Refunds can be offered prior to your initial design proof. Please note, any requests to cancel after 48 hours will result in a £20 design charge.
Returns
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, stationery is non refundable. If you wish to cancel your order after your first proof has been issued, a 50% cancellation fee is charged.
