I always aim to meaningfully capture the main architectural elements of your venue and frame it with any surrounding features. If you have any particular elements you'd like to be included, please let me know.
All design files are sent via email for confirmation prior to print. You will have one round of revisions to capture or omit any details. We will also send this via email.

HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE?
We aim to share your initial proof within 3 business days. This can sometimes be slightly longer during peak times and we will notify you after checkout if this is the case. Following your initial draft, any revisions are reviewed as you request them. Our design timeframe can vary depending on client information - the quicker you review your design, the faster the process.
HOW CAN I USE MY DESIGN IN CANVA?
Your PNG file is a high resolution vectorfiles. This can be imported into Canva if you wish. Please let me know if you'd like a transparent background.
CAN I CHANGE MY PHOTO?
A change of photo can be accommodated if you notify us within the first 24 hours. Following this, any changed will be charged as a new illustration.
WHAT IF I WANT MORE REVISIONS?
More revisions are charged at £10 per change. This can be requested at any time.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
Unfortunately, as this is a hand drawn digital product, once your first proof has been issued there are no refunds available.
